Sesame Tahini Production Line Equipment

General equipment for sesame tahini production line: oven, cooling belt, peeling machine, picking belt, coarse grinding machine, ultrafine grinding, condenser, degassing tank, filling machine.

(1) Oven: Bake sesame.

(2) Cooling zone: Cool the roasted sesame seeds using the principle that the fan extracts hot air.

(3) Peeling machine: The sesame seeds after drying and baking are peeled, and peeling is automatically separated during the peeling process to ensure the quality of the peeled sesame seeds.

(4) Picking belts: picking unqualified sesame seeds and some food residues.

(5) Rough grinding machine: The initial grinding of sesame seeds.

(7) Condenser: Cool the sesame paste after grinding.
