The Chocolate Melting Machine is mainly used to melt the cocoa liquid block or cocoa butter, and can be directly fed into the refiner by a slurry pump and a flow meter.
Working Principle of Chocolate Melting Machine:
The water in the interlayer is heated by placing steam (or heating the electric heating tube) to maintain the water temperature at about 50 °C. When the steam is passed, the water temperature is generally controlled by adjusting the inlet valve, and when the electric heating is used, the temperature controller is generally used for automatic control. The hot water is transferred to the inside of the melting pot, so that the cocoa butter solid placed in the melting pot absorbs heat and then melts into a cocoa butter liquid.

1. This chocolate melting machine is used for storage of fine grinded chocolate paste to keep required temperature of chocolate. The temperature control system in machine can keep required temperature of chocolate by control temperature of water in jacket layer.

3. Meantime, it also has functions of degasification, desmelling, dehydration and preventing the chocolate paste from separation of chocolate fat by continuous stirring of agitator.
